Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Accounting & Financial
Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review quarterly financial statements, footnotes, and
supporting schedules
Account for complex equity transactions and assist with financial
statement audits
Research accounting pronouncements and prepare technical accounting
memos
Required Qualifications
CPA certification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Public company and/or public accounting experience
