Conduct training for new hires and manage staff schedules for
efficiency
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience managing a customer support team in a call
center
Experience in healthcare and technology sectors
Proven experience in technical support and cloud computing
platforms
Experience with IVR systems and platforms like JustCall, Twilio,
and Calendly
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and personal laptop
