Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Lead to manage client
relationships and drive platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day client relationships and ensure client
satisfaction
Drive adoption of contracted functionality and maximize client
value from the platform
Configure the platform to meet client requirements and assist with
ongoing support tasks
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services
position
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or a related field
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML preferred
Project Management background with proven success in
implementations is a plus
Experience in RMIS, GRC, EHS, or Healthcare is required
